Good morning.
I am researching my family history and I would like some advice on who I can contact in Tunisia directly, and in what language, to find information about my grandfather. He was of Italian origin, I believe he lived in Mateur. He was due to emigrate in 1959 but died shortly before he embarked the ship..
I would like to approach the Catholic Church in Mateur, however I understand it is now abandoned. I would like to know where the records for that church has been moved to.
I appreciate any advice you are able to give me.
