Power of attorney
I am a Trinidian living in Toronto. My sister passed away in Trinidad and I need to settle her estate. I need to prepare a power of attorney for someone to represent me in Trinidad. Can you tell me how I go about doing so with respects To the law of Trinidad. Do you notarized such documents once prepared.
Regards

I need your help
I am a Trinidad and Tobago National. I was born in Couva, Trinidad and came to Canada in 1969
My children were born here and I became a citizen for Canada in 1985. (In those days you had to give up your citizenship to become a citizen) I gave up my citizenship for Trinidad and Tobago
I have been having some challenges for some years now. (female cops of the Region of Peel, they brag about having big support - so I am locked out there) For three years now it has gone from bad to worse. I have reached out to levels of Canadian government, organizations and various ways to get some help but was not successful.
I would like to return to Trinidad and make the last years of my life there.
I am asking your assistance as a Trinidad and Tobago national. My phones are tapped, my calls are intercepted, my tv is blocked from stuff they don't want me to be aware of, there are cameras put into my house even my bathroom, I am been harassed and followed wherever I go. I am sixty-six years old - a pensioner I cannot live like this. The stress is very stressful. I am a spiritual person; and that helps me stay sane.
Just to let you know - you will probably be offered a very huge bribe in the millions to ignore this or shrug it off. Please don't - the injustice is great. I am looking at: invasion of Privacy, criminal harassment (they want to change me into a lesbian and make me a sex worker), fraud using my name, violation of human rights code, violation of Charter of Rights. The offences are too much to list.
Your help in getting me safely out of the country is greatly appreciated. The last time I left the country they tried to get me off the plane, took another flight and followed me to Trinidad monitored me there also. For the record, I have not committed a crime of any kind
Please help me to leave safely as soon as you possibly can
Your help is greatly appreciated

Thanking You
Respectfully
