Comments on this Consulate-General
had my appointment for a new passport and then sandy they say we will get in touch with me to arrange another date still waiting when you go there u cant ask a question because every one feels they own the place and they are doin u a favor by answering a question i mean come on thats ur job if u dont want to work just leave and let some one else to it so simple but this have got to change .
I had my appointment since November .i know by now things should be back to normal, but nobody is answering the phone or returning e mails. I have been doing both calling and e mailing but no response are we so backward. Shame on you workers.
I have been trying to make an appointment for the past 2 weeks through e-mailing and by calling,no one is e-mailing you back or answering the phone. On their web site,it said to make an appointment e-mail or call.If these people cannot do their jobs, please get new people in there.
Nobody answers the phones now the phone doesn't even ring it goes to busy signal.. They make you run around in circles plus I waited over 2 years to get an appointment for a new passport.. Why do they make every aspect of getting anything done impossible, it's such frustrating process.. Time is money people take time off from work to extend their passport you got to stand up in a long line early in the morning there must be an easy way to get things done..Maybe I should just travel to Trinidad and try and get this done there and I might save some money on fees a and time.. Now I have my appointment next week and I'm not sure where to go.. Should I just go to Fulton!!
It is a disgrace to the ways these people treat us. I say sack the ( WHOLE) staff, and hire new people. Professionals, with knowledge and understanding to help people. Where is the higher officer? Why isn't there anyone for accountablelity With all higher ups, no one is seeing or listening to what the people is saying how they are treated. Time for people to protest Every body protest when things are wrong, what happen to u Trinis. There must be a leader, some one in charge an official. Heck I don't. Know anyone. Please, people do something instead of just talk talk talk. Stand up for your rights, and don't be afraid.
I have tried several times to call the 212-6827-272 number posted for the T&T consulate. No one answers. never knew that the office had relocated to fifth avenue. can some one please answer the phone or post a number for customer service that people can reach and reschedule their appointment.
To whom it may concern this is the worst place ever I am so ashamed to be a Trinidadian at this point in time the people that work there treats you like crap they forget where they come from and the most embarrassing thing is we are all human I hope and wish things could be better
i have tried to call the ebbassy on coutless occasions without results are we paying these people to just show up for work and do nothing or perhaps they are on a vacation justcollecting a salary under false pretence please somebody do something where is the so called AMBASADOR.
