I have been calling the embassy, for the pass week and I cannot get to speak to someone it is a shame since costumer service is top priority in the us please do something better T &T

I have called multiple times daily since Apr 20th 2014, and have yet to talk to someone. I know information is posted online. However, my matter is urgent,emergent, and specific and the info online does not relate to me. I live in Connecticut and need to know when I come to NY, that I will be seen. Im tired of the lack of professionalism, and poor customer service at TNT agencies.

Unprofessional
The Consulate Office in NYC functions as though they are in POS T'dad.They are unprofessional,rude,and all around poor customer service.Even the answering service message is unpleasant.I emergently need to get to Tdad By the end of Apr 2014; if i can get a hold of someone.Not everyone lives over the Bklyn bridge;so I want to know when I leave Connecticut to come to the Consulate,I will be seen.No one answers the phone. Thats why TNT will always be a third world country.

embassy flaws
In my opinion this embassy ds reorganising where professional service is needed. This place is run just like the office trinidad
It's a shame for your own people to be treated as though we are begging, hell no we are not we pay our money and all we get is either you take what get offer or leavet. Its abouy time this Consulate. Het

why so unorganized and disrespectful?
My parents have been trying to get their passports for 2 years now and have been given a run around and have been disrespected. Why is this allowed to happen. The man and the lady if the front before you walk in are very helpful and courteous however the disrespect and lack of answering the phones as well as sending my parents to spend unnecessary money is ridiculous. Who is running this disorganized unprofessional organization?

$100 for affidavit, waitng 6mths now
Employees are just occupying space for no reason at the TnT consulate. I need my passport for immigration by April 14th 2014 and applied for it since Sept.6th 2013. I presented them with all neccessary documents they had asked for and I'm still waiting for a phone call from them. I keep calling and guess what? No answer as usual. One is left to wonder what they really do in there. I guess you have to know a friend in there to get some answers/results. They checked my form at the window, only to get a call 3 mths later saying I needed an affidavit which I gave them 3 days later. What did they check for on my form at the window before submitting it? Again, what do they really do in there? Aren't they supposed to make sure the form was filled out correctly?

Where do I begin? Guess there isn't enough space to tell all.But I will say that except for the tall gentleman on the outside,everyone else should be sent packing!!!!! Yes they are rude the casher has to gossip about someone while a customer stands waiting to pay. They go off to lunch in the middle of helping someone without even letting you know.They walk around a lot while you are left waiting.I could go on forever and ever with complaints!!!!!!!!!!!!

Am on my d document.
The embassy has been there for me.phone calls was returned Via postal service they got me safely my long needed documents.
I BELIEVE THAT SOME OF THIS COMMENTS IS EXAGGERATED SOMEWHAT.
CHANGES IS COMPOLSURY FOR progress and advancement.the Trinidad consulate is not exempted from the process
Bring on the changes.it very necessary and we welcome a upgrade for our Ny Location.

Am in urgent need of my T&T passport. Am counting on the embassy effectivenes again Am confident they will rise up if they have fallen down, I live in IL and it not easy to go to Ny its .very costly and time is wasted.
