passport renewal
It is shameful and disgusting that the numbers and email address listed on TTCG are not functioning. I have been calling 212-682-7272 for months, it goes through the prompts and then cut you off. The email bounces back undeliverable. Trinidadians just don't care how they treat people. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

my have an emergency to get birthcertificate of passport extention
I was told today that unless i have a family emergency I am NOT able to get my passport extended or renewed. for 2 year I've been trying to get my birth certificate these people are nonchalant and disrespectful. I drop off all documentation and they are moving as though i am some kind of illegal immigrant. This is why poeople leave Trinidad and tobago because of the unprofessionalism of the people that work there. Miss Ramanarine just told me verbatim "oh well if you have an emergency 'maybe' we can arrange something for you" ON 1/12/2015 I went into the consulate and I took every single piece of documenation and I even offered to have someone going to Trinidad to take the documents the lady declined! she told me to call in 3 weeks and when I called after 3 weeks she said that there was a minor 'hiccup' in the documents going to Trinidad. God don't like ugly what you guys are doing comes back simple Karma!! When I told her that i was going to expose them Ms. Ramnarine was like oh I am threatening her and her staff. YOU guys will get yours GOD Dont Sleep!

Phone issues
What is the point of having a business telephone when no one ever answers, no one answers. Unbelievable.

Renewal of passport
My passport will expire in August and I would like to find out the policy of renewing it. Do I come to the office with all the documents or do I call for an appointment.

Wanting to ask a question.
I have been trying to call those people
For the past 3 months to no avail.
No one picks up, they are so
Unprofessional , u would think
That it is the United States , but they
Have the same Trinidadian mentality.
They need to go down in the hall of
Shame.

Passport
I applied for the new passport on 6/13 2014.I am still waiting. You can call till u blue in the face. Those high & mighty people NEVER answer the phones. They behave like they are doing you a favor. It is outrageous. If you decide to stand up for your rights they call security. It's FRUSTRATING and disgusting. Why do these people have jobs that they are not interested in performing??
