Sorry to be a bother to you but it is with great distress that I am forced to send you this email. I ordered clothing from the following business man for Eid-ul-Fitr 2013. Payment was made on 2nd July 2013 in the sum of US$735 via western union for 8 adult outfits and 2 children. A further US$195 was paid for 3 additional adult gowns on the 16th July 2013. Total 11 adults and 2 children. I also ordered matching haedpieces for all.

I received only 8 adult outfits and one child outfit the day before Eid-ul-fitr. To date I have not received the remaining 3 adults and 1 child gown as well as 8 headpieces. He keep saying he will send next week since Eid and has not sent it. I ask him to reimburse me for the pieces not sent valued at US$350. He refused to do so.

The pieces that he did sent had beads missing, some were the wrong colour. I took one to someone at the Ministry of Works in Trinidad and when the individual opened it, beads were falling off. It was humiliating.
Please, I am kindly asking your intervention in this matter as Mr Sham refuses to reimburse me.
