Pls infrom me how to procesced trinidad visa

Respected Sir,
Most requestfully , I would like to state that I am a citizen of India and would like to visit Trinidad & Tabago for site seeing as I have found it to be a beautiful place in television telecast of cricket matches . I want to be there as a tourist for 15 days .
I have been told by THE HIGH COMMISION OF THE REPUBLIC OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO New Delhi that, I don’t need a visa for it as visa-on-arrival is available . If it is so, kindly assure us in writing that I would be given visa-on-arrival as soon as I reach trinidad & tobago airport . Otherwise inform me regarding the procedure to obtain a visa, if required .
Do inform us about where the visa fee has to be paid -either at THE HIGH COMMISION OF THE REPUBLIC OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO at New Delhi or at Trinidad & Tobago’s airport on arrival .
I shall be highly obliged if , you could reply promptly in this regard . Your E-mail awaited .
