I am an American who was doing my wife family a favor (trins),I have been to the Miami office before I was very happy with the service, but not this time .Miss Bubois need a lesson in customer service and to be more knowledgeable in her position in order to service the people.
I'm apply for a renewal of my machine readable passport and now I'm married. I wanted to verify, it 's my original marriage certificate I have to send and not a copy?

I am 84 yrs of age and a Citizen of The republic of Trinidad & Tobago and live in Broward county, Florida, USA. I am limited in my access to transportation and unable to personally visit your Miami office. I have been calling your office and trying every extension that deals with the renewal of machine readable passports but not been able to speak to anyone. I leave messages including my telephone numbers but no one ever returns my call. I have a few questions and would appreciate a return call from your office.
How do i obtain another one?
Is there a shipping service for persons from south Florida to Trinidad W.I? Not a cruise ship,I don't want to fly on a plane thanks.

I am a Permanent Resident of the US, and my Passport has expired, I am getting married in September and I need an extension on my Passport. what are the fees and how do I get this done? I have called and haven't received a call back to know what my next steps would be .
