I have had a very good response so far except that I have been trying to send an email but the one provided above keeps bouncing back. Does anyone know if there is another email address I can use?
Consulate in Miami has always been superb. Over the years they have done a great job at providing me with any needed information.
Recently renewed my passport... a gentleman named Adrian was so helpful. I have always gotten through by phone and if I had to leave a message...someone always called back.
I am not surprised, since Trinidadians have no concept of time or respect. I have called several times as a favor to a friend trying to find out the process to obtain a lost passport. Mailbox is always full, and no one answers the phone. Very sad customer service. Obviously the folks who work there, don't care and have no work ethics.
I have called your office to make an appointment to renew my passport but was unsuccessful. The message said that the mailbox is full. I am 65 years old and would like to know the cost for renewing my passport. I have to travel next month because of a death and legal business I have to take care of due to the death. Please let me know what is the process to get an appointment to renew my passport.
Thank you
I have been trying to contact your office for quite some time now without any luck. I will like a contact number which I will be able to speak with someone pertaining to renewal of passport. I reside in Texas. The number I have been calling no one ever seems to answer the ext.
it's an emergency situation Andi don't want it to be too late. also is there an emergency process where it can be done in like 3 days like they do in TnT???
you quick and timely response will be greatly appreciated.
Would like to know the status of passport which was sent to you from Trinidad, I reside in Bermuda
I have a simple question regarding a Visa Expiration entry date and when I call it indicates to press O for the operator or 300/301 for assistance and no person answers and the voice message tells me that it is full and that I am not able to leave a message. I tried for almost 3 hours on and off and nothing, not help at all and no way to reach a live human. Extremely bad customer service.
I have being speaking to Mrs Dubois regarding my mom birth certificate and she has been very informative and professional she return calls on a timely manner. She is a model public servant who does the job she is paid to do.
Thank You
I HAD FRIST CLASS SERVICE MY PASSPORT WAS RENEWED IN LESS THEN 2 MONTHS AND WAS CALLED BY REPRESENTATIVE AS A REMINDER TO COME PICK MY PASSPORT UP AT THE MIAMI OFFICE..MY EXPERIENCE WITH MIAMI TnT CONSULATE 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD..
