I have had a very good response so far except that I have been trying to send an email but the one provided above keeps bouncing back. Does anyone know if there is another email address I can use?

PASSPORT
Consulate in Miami has always been superb. Over the years they have done a great job at providing me with any needed information.
Recently renewed my passport... a gentleman named Adrian was so helpful. I have always gotten through by phone and if I had to leave a message...someone always called back.

Calling your office
I am not surprised, since Trinidadians have no concept of time or respect. I have called several times as a favor to a friend trying to find out the process to obtain a lost passport. Mailbox is always full, and no one answers the phone. Very sad customer service. Obviously the folks who work there, don't care and have no work ethics.

RENEWAL PASSPORT
I have called your office to make an appointment to renew my passport but was unsuccessful. The message said that the mailbox is full. I am 65 years old and would like to know the cost for renewing my passport. I have to travel next month because of a death and legal business I have to take care of due to the death. Please let me know what is the process to get an appointment to renew my passport.

Thank you

No one available to speak with
I have a simple question regarding a Visa Expiration entry date and when I call it indicates to press O for the operator or 300/301 for assistance and no person answers and the voice message tells me that it is full and that I am not able to leave a message. I tried for almost 3 hours on and off and nothing, not help at all and no way to reach a live human. Extremely bad customer service.
