It took us 1:10hr to get to this office and only come to find out a note that reads, office hr for Fridays 9am-1pm. Well NO ONE SHOWED UP! I called all day the last two days to the number on the business card, NO ANSWER!! Ok Ms Talita Lisa Kupu are you still alive or not because this is not how you run a business as a Secretary? As far as I'm concern, you're not holding up to your job duties to help us fellow Tongans here in the Bay. This is so unprofessional, ridiculous and embarrassing so shame on you! There were eight people of us waited for you this morning since 9am and no show or a note saying you won't be coming in today. I can see here this office has repeatedly having this problem since way back five years ago and sadly hasn't improved abit. We live here in the U.S TIME and Money is EVERYTHING!! Shame shame shame!!!
