Hello, I am looking for a tourist visa to travel to the Kingdom of Tonga. There is no embassy in the Middle East. I belong to the Kingdom of Tonga, so I sent you to help me obtain an electronic visa for the Kingdom. Thank you

I have a Venezuelan passport and I am resident in France. I want to visit as a tourist Tonga in July for a period of 3 weeks, travelling in plane from Nadi, Fiji and returning navigating in sailboat to Suva, Fiji.
Please can you tell me how I can obtain the tourist visa of Tonga in France.
