Hello guys. I can see that virtually every on this wall needs urgent assistance to secure their Togolese passport. I'm Thaophy, and I can help in a little way. To get your TG passport, u will need your 'Naissance' et Nationalitè( which are your Birth and nationality certificates respectively) as getting a TG passport now is very difficult. But if u don't have any of those, then u can get any of ur parent's, preferably ur dad's nationality certificate to aid in making one for u. The procedure is quite long and tedious.
U can send me email for more clarification. liltimmy112@hotmail.co.uk
