Hello,
A Thai National, Natthinee Sermsri, nicknamed "Am", who works for PYO Travel in Malaysia with a Malaysian Work Visa, stole $3,400 from my family in USA, telling them that she needed the money (sent from USA to Malaysian by Western Union) to get a new Thai PassportMalaysian Work Visa which she said she lost in Malaysia, without having to travel to Bangkok. She also told my family that once she received her new Passport/Visa, she could access her Thai bank in Penang to withdrawal these funds and pay my family back, but she has refused to do so now!
What can I do to compel Natthinee to repay this money to my family. I know the Malaysian Govt wouldn't want a Thai National commiting this sort of crime in their country.
Thank you,
Steven Wilcoxen

I wish to reconduct my visa but I would like to be sure that I have all the necessary documents before making the trip to Penang. I am a teacher in a government school.Right now, I am in possesion of organizational structure of the English Programme, the map with the location of the school, my contract in English and Thai, and the copy of every pages of my passport. Do I need any other documents?
Thank you for your help.
