I will be signing off a ship in Lam Chabang on 11 ec 2015 and wish to holiday in Thailand after I sign off. My wife is flying to Bangkok from Mumbai and joining me there. She has a applied for a Thai tourist visa in Mumbai.
I work for Maersk Line as their Safety Superintendent and our Agent in Bangkok tells me that I will only be granted 3 days stay in Thailand once I sign off.
Is it possible for the Immigration to grant me a Tourist visa once I get off in Lam Chabang as we intend to holiday in Thailand till 20 Dec 2015.

I m MRS.Bijal Shah....staying in mumbai,,,i would like go for vacation with family to thailand .......i want to know about fees for tourist visa & duration for tourist visa.....
Hi I know one IT company who send their employee on tourist visa for 2 or 2.5 months on rotational basis and they work in thailand.
During visa processing all their employee informs the official that they are going for conference/for tourism as directed by company admin people. Request you to please find out.From many years they do the same thing and they dont get caught.
