the embassy line is useless information that all can be found on the website. calling only wastes your cell time as it disconnects when you want to speak to a real person.

I am sis. Sherin an Indian citizen and currently staying in Manila. I am going back to my home country by 22nd of December through Bangkok. I booked tickets in Tai airways and from there my connecting flight is Srilankan airways to India. i need to wait 4 hours in Bangkok airport for the connecting flight. The school i work for, received boxes of emergency kit donated by thailand authority to DSWD,Phils. Our school were fortunate to receive 300 boxes for distribution to teachers and students.However we can't understand the writings of expiration dates.We need help.Where do we ask assistance?
