Headline states my goal; I want to marry a woman who lives in Thailand, and specifically on Phuket. From the research I have done, it seems I start with a non-immigrant O Visa that is then renewed in a year; what else do I need to know and do before applying and then traveling to Thailand;

Dear Sirs, Last August 2018 I wired $ 800 US dollars to Massato.Yuminashi in Thailand for some Honda motorcycle modification parts. I was assured by this Comany's representative { mr. Reggy Boden } that the parts would be sent . It is almost half a year; and my e-mails are not answered. I think this Company advertises on the Internet and simply steals money from unsuspecting customers. Who shall I contact in Thailand with all details about this Compan?. Dear Sirs, I will be moving there to live in Thailand after retiring here after 35 years with the US Postal Service and look forward to moving to your beautiful country. I have a brother who is married and lives in Chiang Mai and loves it very much. What can I do to see about a one year Visa and what will I need to do. My monthly retirement will meet the requirements for income which will be about 3000 usd each month. I have a girlfriend there and we will be married soon after I arrive there. Thanks for all your help and look forward to living there very much.
My wife thai passport is expired and she needs to get a new one issued what is our best approach she will be going to Thailand in Nov of 09 and we live near Portland Oregon.
