How long does it takes to have one ? for example I come on wednesday morning to the embassy and apply for EV, when can I come to pick up my passport again?

If I want to get the above Visa in Malaysia
how much money of my bank statement do I have for the VISA? and does it need to be banked in 2 months in advance?

At 27 July 2013, I went to the boundaries of Thailand-Malaysia recently at Sungai Kolok, but I didn't sign out from there because at that time, there is nobody in the guard post ... due to rushing out from there, so I just way out without sign out. How do I sign out of there? My visit passport within one month from the date.

I need to check on the procedure on how to settle this problem. A friend of mine who was working in a thai club in Kuala Lumpur with a work permit for 6 months lost her Passport during her work. Can you please advise us on how should we go about from here? Please urgently guide us on what we should do?
1) How Many Days will it takes for the passport to be ready?
2) How much must she pay for the Passport?
3) What are the documents must she produce to the office?
