Hi I'm from Taiwan ,My friend is Pakistani and he already got Taiwan visa but he needs to go to the Taiwan economic office in Bangkok to get the visa then go to Taiwan,It takes only 3 days,Does he need a Thailand visa? What is the easiest way to go? Thanks

I am working in Afghanistan as PM in good reputed firm on USACE projects. I have planned to visit thai land in my coming Rn R in month of March.
What is the system for visa. Can I get online or not?
I have not much time that my passport will be held for couple of days or for a week as I am having only 15 days vacation and want to go directly from here.
