What does VL mean and why I get this . I traveled already Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India.

อาตมาชื่อ พระพุทธะ นันทะ (Phra Buddha Nanda)ชาวบังคลาเทศ ตอนนี้อาศัยอยู่เมืองไทย10กว่าปีเรียนที่มหามกุฏราชวิยาลัย อาตมา มีหลาน สามเณร บังคลาเทศ 3รูป ลูกพี่สาว ได้ทำวีซ่ามาเรียนปริยัติธรรมที่เมืองไทย และอยากศึกษาว่าประเทศที่ปฏิรูปการศึกษาเป็นอย่างไร สามเณรได้สอบสัมภาษ์แล้ววันที่13มิถุนายน ที่ สถานทูตไทย ณ กรุงธากา แล้ววันที่21มิถุนายน ส่งpassport และเอกสาร แล้ว ตอนนี้โรงเรียนเปิดแล้วแต่ยังไม่ได้passport อาตมาจึงขอความกรุณาช่วยพิจารณาให้หน่อย เพราะสามเณรมีความตั้งใจอยากจะมาเรียน แล้วที่หมู่บ้านก็รับรู้หมดแล้วว่าจะมาเรียนที่เมืองไทย จึงอยากให้ความตั้งใจนี้สำเร็จ ไม่เป็นที่นินทาแก่บุคคลอื่น และสามเณรคงเสียใจ ขอ เมตตา ให้ หน่อย ครับ ครับ ขอบคุณมาก สาธุเจริญพร

Request for emergency visa
Dear Sir,

I got invitation to attend International community radio conference on 15-18 November from National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission, Thailand In collaboration with AMARC Asia-Pacific. But i have only three working day to process my visa. Is it possible to give a emergency VISA? Need your kind concern about this.
I will submit my visa on 12 November, Sunday expecting your kind attention.
