Thailand Visa Status

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Good Evening. I am Md. Imam Hossain Chowdhury from Chittagong, Bangladesh. I applied for tourist visa on 11-08-2016 through VFS, Chittagong . My passport number : BB0997496 , Date of birth : 19-09-1971. My wife named Shofia kabir, my 11 years daughter named Maisha Hossain Chowdhury & 3 years son named Md. Imad Hossain Chowdhury also applied for tourist visa in the same day. Already 14 days passed , but till now we have not got back our passports from Thailand embassy . I have checked visa status in your website and found status as application is under processing. On 17-08-2016 morning , a lady from Thai embassy phone called to me & interviewed over telephone.

Would you please inform me about real status of our visa and help to get our passport back as early as possible. If you do so, I would be grateful to you. Thank you.

Note: We already visited Thailand once several years back.

concern regarding the visa application
Dear Authority,
I am from Bangladesh and my passport number is BA0067725. I have applied for the tourist visa of Thailand via travel agency but after about 10 days when I got my passport back there was a 'vl' sign on the last page? Dont know what it means and i did not get the visa. The helpline said that they dont give any reason for that, i think this is unfair as i think, i shoild have the right to be informed of what went wrong so that, i can be aware in the future.
It would be highly appreciated if i can get the clarification.
Thank you.
