I am head sector of mines and quarries in Ministry of Petroleum and I have a meeting in Dar es Salam. I have special passport.

I have from the Ministry of Interior in Israel an Laissez-passer instead of international passport, and I would like to know if I can visit Tanzania with it.
I leave in Tel- Aviv.
I want to visit Tanzania in the July 17 2015.
I would like to get an approval so that I will arrive to the Tanzania immigration counter I can pass and be able to get into the country.
