I would like to make an appointment for my passport renewal

I am Tanzanian currently in China for private mission and I want to make appointment for Courtesy Call at the URT Embassy in Beijing (between 12 and 13 October 2017) unfortunately they don't respond to telephone call as I have tried in vain to reach the Office. This does not portray good image particularly if it ruled business as usual-have not ruled out however. With few days visit in China I have made a number of friends who are willing to come to Tanzania for different missions. Please let us work together to make Tanzania Center of Investments/Tourism etc.... Cheeerss
