Went to the embassy today.
Everything ojeysky wrote there is basically true.
Only difference is visa processing fee is N19,300 and u drop off ur Passport in the morning, come back by 2.30pm.
Plus they are quick to remind you to ensure u travel with your receipt.

Please the Tanzania consulate in Abuja should gve the Nigerian public teh exact website and address of the consulate in Abuja. there are two addresses and this is confusing.
