Play with vistors
Dear Visa Officer
I had applied for visa of my family to travel to Syria for Zairaat. I submitted my documents on March 17. All requirements mentioned the form and required were filled out. However i was asked to submit an Arabic translation of my kids registration form (issued by NADRA) after the attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I took the original form along with Translation to MFA and they informed that they have stopped verification of certificates in languages other than Urdu/English. A notification has been issued in this regard ( No. Co. (II)-1/7/2009 dated Feb 8,2011). I was provided with a copy of that notification which i submitted to your good office. This notification also shows two contact numbers if some body has any problem/issue with this.
However my request remain unanswered because " the Syrian Embassy has not received this lettere in original from the MFA". On my request the MFA sent a fax copy which was also not enough for your office.
Unfortunately due to heavy schedule i got tickets booked and issued for my family which cost me good amount. I don't have any objection on non-granting of visa to me BUT i would like to request humbly please stick to conditions for visa mentioned on your forms and help the visitors.
