Dear Sir, I have been granted a 50% scholarship to study Master of Advance studies in Peace and Conflict Transformation, in the institute of World Peace Academy, in cooperation with the university of Basel. Instead of asking me to pay the sum of 15,000CHF, I have been asked to pay the sum of 7,500 CHF, latest the end of April 2011, before I can be given an admission letter.
Sir, I therefore wish that you should help me inquire if this institute is genuine, since there are so many scamers out there.

i am prospecting on applying for a Swiss student visa and as one of the requirements there has to sufficient proof of funds in form of a bank statement.
It is stated that the bank should be in swiss most preferably and it is not possible to open an account in Swiss without being physically present there. How will like to know how I can tackle this issue and also if there are any banks here in Cameroon recommended by the swiss embassy.
i will also like to know if the application form filled using the hand or typed.
