Thank you. I am traveling to Israel in a group-tour for ten days. We will depart from Miami, flying directly to "Zurich" on November 1, 2012. We will stay in the city for 11 (eleven) hours. The whole group is going in a "city tour" of approx. four (4) hours. According to the Travel Agency, I need a Switzerland visa for at least one day. I am a legal resident in USA for over 25 years (not American citizen yet), and I hold a "Colombian" Passport. My questions are:How, Where, and How Long it'll take me to obtain this VISA?, and What do I need to present to you. Please help. Kindly. Claudia Pinzon.

MY name is Kimar Muir, I live in Florida. My Swiss passport has expired and I contacted the Swiss consulate in Atlanta many times. I have sent E-mails and I have spoke to several different people on several occasions. I have gotten nowhere in my attempt to renew my passport. I have been told to contact several other different representatives and I haven't gotten a response. Please if there is any assistance that you can give, please notify me @ kimarmuir@gmail.com
