I have an elderly Swiss friend staying with me for another 5 months, she has medical problems plus seems to have lost all benefits in switzerland (local council has deregistered her which resulted in loss of her premium health insurance, travel insurance and now pension) She doesn't seem to understand what is going on, doesn't want to go home early to clarify matters, her family in switzerland aren't very helpful and I am at a loss what to do with her but feel overwhelmed by caring for her. Is there any help or advice available through the consulate?
