I'm an Indian passport holder residing in Dhanbad,jharkhand.I want to visit switzerland for touris puporse.I'm intendend to stay maximum days at my friend's house in switzerland.Can I obtain Schenghan tourist Visa from Swiss Cousolate in Kolkata?I'm also intended to visit other Schenghem countries for short period,If yes,what docoments/supporting papers are needed along with passport and application form?Should' Return Air Ticket'also be produced at the time applying for visa?

I intend to travel switzerland in September 24, 2012, I have received a call from my travel agent who told me to be in New Delhi, Switzerland Embassy on 12 of September along with my family, today is 6th of September and I am in Chennai,for a official training, my daughter is very much busy for submitting her assignment within 22nd September i.e. before leaving for Switzerland from KOLKATA. My wife went to meet her sister before going to abroad and expected to return Kolkata on or after September 20, 2012. My entire was not aware of the situation to be come. So I found it very difficult to be in Switzerland at New Delhi on September 12, 2012 as asked for. PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT AM I TO TO.
as a tourist i rang up at your Swiss Embassy, Kolkata regarding Shengen Visa and the phone was picked up Mr Bose over there. but the way he behaved with me as I made mistake to phone over there. He was so rude as well as he does not know behave with a tourist afterall who would be your customer. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF SUCH MATTER.
I am eager to visit Switzerland, specifically Basel. Kindly let me know how to obtain a Visitor of Tourist's Visa - What are the various documents required, and where & how to apply. Thank you.
