Re: Requesting for internship.
Dear Sir,
I humbly resort to your high benevolence in order to request you to apply for internship within the institution. In fact Sir, I am completing my studies at National University of Rwanda in Academic year of 2011-2012 in Faculty of Arts Media and Social Sciences (FAMSS), Department of Political Sciences, in the option of International Politics/Relations.
I beseech you to get this training from your institution to improve my knowledge and to translate my studies theories into practice because we have learned some lessons regarding your institution and I would like to gain, to benefit and to increase my knowledge through this field cited above.
According to academic regulations, the recommendation letter from the National University of Rwanda will be issued in March, 2012
I’ m determined to fulfill effectively any duty that will be assigned to me within the institution.
I look forward to receive your favorable answer.
Yours faithfully
