Pension Questions
To Whom It May Concern:

My query has two parts. First for myself, I was born in Luzern October 7 1969 to both American citizens and lived there until 1974 after my parents divorced and my father remained there. He had a C permit until he died in 1998. My question was I supposed to have any rights to a C permit or not at some point? I am not planning to move there even if the answer is yes, it is more just to know if my father hid this fact from me.

My second part to my query is on behalf of my wife, who is an Italian citizen and who worked in Switzerland on an A permit I believe for about three years. This was back around 1990 to 1993. Our question is will she have any pension rights or social security rights? Thank you for your time.
