Ich wohne in der schweiz und will ich heiraten ,von meinen beburtsort Hongkong der Geburtssurkunde muss durch das Geberalkonsulat in Hongkong beglaubigt sein, Ich muss direck zu Ihnen kommen oder darf Ich per Post diese Dokumemen zu Ihnen sende?

Was extremely disappointed with the service level at the Swiss Embassy. For a simple tourist visa, was asked most rudely and condescendingly on why I was going to Switzerland- felt like an interrogation. Then was asked for ground transport bookings which wasn't even mentioned in the list of documents. Furthermore, the officer kept finding issues with other documents. When I tried to explain she wont even listen. I went to Switzerland 8 years ago and since then have been swearing by Swiss standards of service. After this experience not if sure I want to go back.
