I’m a Bangladeshi citizen want to undergo training scholarship program in your Country vide mail References: prof.Roderick J.Lawrencen,GEPP Director's acceptance letter of dated 25th April2013 providing half scholarship CHF 3400. Since I’m a Government official so I don't have that capacity the rest part to provide to attend the course.With humble submission
may I therefore request your excellency to help me in this regards by providing partial scholarship which can allow me to undergo training in your country without any hindrances.

Since I’m an overseas student trainee who doesn’t have any References in your place to verify the status and position of the aforementioned Institute because the Institutional authority on email has asked for certain amount to be remitted for seat booking before admission which confused me as to its position.
