تحيه طيبه وبعد ,,
الموضوع
توجهت الى حي غرب شبين الكوم واستخرجت بعد.. عقد لجنة المنشأت الأيلة للسقوط ,اقرار ازاله للمنزل الي سطح الارض (رقم 63 لسنة 2018 ) واستوفيت رخصة الهدم ( رقم 45 لسنة 2018 ) وشهادة التأمين وشهادة المهندس الاشرافي وعند البدء فى تنفيذ اعمال الهدم ,, جاء لي مهندس من حي غرب قسم التنظيم شبين الكوم , بأيقاف اعمال الهدم بسبب جار لي بلمنزل ودون قرار كتابي
حيث ان المدعو : نجاح عبد المحسن الهندي
مقيم . درب عبد الغفار من شارع السلطان حسين شبين الكوم المنوفيه ,
حرر لى محضر رقم (5542 لسنة 2018 ) قسم شبين الكوم فى نفس الوقت الذى جاء فيه موظف حي غرب لأيقاف الهدم
حيث تعهدت لعمل الصلبات اللازمه للمنزل والحفاظ على الارواح والممتلكات على الرغم انه مخالف ,
تم بناء دورين من المسلح على حائط مشترك بيننا من الطوب اللبن بدون ترخيص وكان السبب فى تصديع منزلي وانهيار جزئي فيه ,وثم بعد ذهبت لأعلامه بأخلاء منزله لعمل الصلابات اللازمه فتمنع من اخلاء المنزل
حيث ان المنزل يشكل خطر داهما على الارواح وسلامة المواطنين ويحتمل سقوط ما تبقي منه فى اى وقت .
أرجو من سيادتكم المساعدة والتدخل
