I live in Germany and I have staying permit.I would like to pay a short visit in Swiss.pls do I need a visit.it's a Ghana passport

Mein Name ist Laura Piza, ich bin Kolumbianerin und studiere der Zeit in Hamburg, wo ich ein Aufenthaltstitel habe. Ich werde ab Januar 2015 ein Austauschsemester in St. Gallen verbringe, dafür brauche ich ein Visum. Deswegen möchte ich wissen, ob ich ein Visum in Hamburg oder Berlin beantragen kann.
