within how many working days 1 can obtain a Swiss Visa ?
I took a Visa appointement on behalf of my cousin Ester Arslanian on the 20th of June, 2012.She wants to attend her sister's daughter graduation in St. Gallent which will be held on 5th July, and her flight is booked at the 1st of July.
My question is, can she obtain her visa during this 10 days or she should be given an earlier Visa appointemnt ?

Appreciate highly If you keep me informed, and thank you in advance.
