I am working for Mantrac Sierra Leone Limited, a Caterpillar Dealership in the Country, and I am to travel to Geneva for a Caterpillar Training that will take place from 2nd to the 4th November 2011.
I am, therefore, applying for the visa to enable me attend this training. I have attached my application form and invitation letter.
Kindly furnish the detailed requirements for the Swiss Visa.

I and my Staff are scheduled to attend Essentials of NGO Management Training Course from the 12th - 16th September.in Geneva. Can i please know the visa cost and the equivalent in US Dollars. Can i also represent my staff during the interview for the visas without him showing up. I am Abu Bakarr Conteh, the client who apply for the visa to Geneva today; the 16th June. I am invited by Unicef to make a presentation to the Learning into Action Conference in Geneva (see details in my documents Invitation letter; letter of approval from my organization, War Child Holland, Contract;etc)
I am presently in Abidjan but to seek for this visa because i am expected to travel to Geneva on Monday; 21 June(please see the attachment for my tecket) Sir:Madam, I have submitted the necessays document to apply for the visa to your office in Abidjan and i have paid for the visa but the date stated in thr receipt for approval (Monday 21)June is at my disadvantage because i suppose; according to my tecket to return to Accra on Friday(flight EK0788 18 June ,15:20; Abidjan CI Emirate flight to Ghana and finally to Sierra Lrone from Accra the same Friday at 01:35 to 04:10) and the attached tecket to Geneva from Freetown Int. Air Port is from the 21 June2010 (check in at 18:05,departure at19:15 to Brossesl and from Brocells to geneva from 05:50 to 06:40 with Brocells airline to Geneva)with Brossels Airlines.
Please Sir:Madam, help me so that i will get my visa if not today on Thursday but latest on Friday before 12:00 because i am presently staying in a Hotel and i dont have enough money to pay for the bills;food etc . Besides, my return date is on friday as mension above and i do not have money to pay if i miss the flight to go back to Sierra Leone. I cannot speak French and this is my first time of coming here. I know no one and it is very herd for me to cope for this three days.
However, i contacted your office using this number(+225 20 21 17 21) and explain this problem but the lady siad she will call me today. I look forward to that very very important call and i hope that your people shall call me today for interview as i am the only applicant to represent my country Sierra Leone for the first time. I dont want to miss this opportunity in the development of better child protection methodologies and more especially share the great experience i have in Advocacy and lobbying for childrens rights Using Thertre(performing for Peace):

please i registered for ivory-coast visa last year,the visa was granted,but there was a mistake with my name. what do i do?
I am schedule to attend an IAIA conference in Geneva from the 6th -11th April. I want the visa aplication form and the requirements for visa. The training is funded by the World Bank.
