Hello, I am a Swedish citizen. I want to marry an Algerian citizen.According to the information on the homepage of the Swedish Embassy in Rabat, a Swedish and non-Swedish citizens can get married there. The Swedish citizen needs certificate called consideration of impediments to marriage (intyg om hindersprövning) and the passport. However, they do not inform what documents the foreign citizen needs. I suppose, corresponding documents. Additionally, that embassy do not perform weddings between Swedish and Moroccan citizens.
