Migration to Sweden

I am planning to migrate to Sweden because of the lovely culture and the peaceful residency.
May i know how can i successfully achieve my dream ?
What are the process i need to go through ?
What are the paths i can go to be able migrate to there with a legal job.all i wanted is just a simple life surrounded by mountains and rivers. Doesnt have to be a top notch job.

Looking for new life in Sweden
Dear Sir,

I'm Malaysian 42 years old, married with 3 kids. Qualification with Msc degree from UK and currently working as Industrial Manager - Offshore Division for Bureau Veritas. I have visited Stockholm twice with family and imprese with the culture, public services and government management. Am I eligible to migrate to Sweden and work there?
