Deepaloka Foundation, (DLF) is a non - governmental organization (NGO) established in year 1994 to carry out Development programs, with special reference to pro poor villages in the dry zone rural areas in Sri Lanka. The overall objective of the DLF is to support village based farmer organizations to strengthen capabilities and improving their Social and Economic conditions, (Specially child protection and development) .
