Non-european with D-Visa
Madam/Sir,
I'm a Chinese resident, and now study in Belgium as an exchange student. My visa is a D-type visa and will be valid until February. Could I go to Sweden during the Christmas holiday with my D-visa? I would like to make sure that there won't be any trouble with the custom-house. If I can't, what other documents/certification do I need to provide? Thank you very much for answering my question :-D

TCLM UGANDA
UGTRANSFORM THE CHILDREN'S LIFE MINISTRY – UGANDA (TCLM-UGANDA)

Mission. Ministering love and compassion to vulnerable and marginalized children for a morally upright and a health generation.

Vision. To create a community which offers protection to children and women to enjoy their full human right and self-esteem.

COMMUNITY EDUCATION AWARENESS CAMPAIGN FOR GIRLS
Is conducted to sensitize parents and guardian about the importance of girl child education and child care support mechanism rather than leavening their children to work in broths construction sites bars and restaurants taking the message of violence free girl child to rural communities
For decades the vast majority of rural Ugandan girls have been unable to complete their education at high school level most dropout of school due to circumstances beyond their control such as chronic poverty, inadequate academic support from illiterate parents, effects of HIV/AIDS which have left them orphaned or forced into head-of-the-head family role and unfair custom and cultural influence which give priority to the education of boys. Without a basic education few avenues are open to them many girls are forced into early marriage for the sake of dowries and other income needed by their families to help them exist beyond subsistence level and or to finance the education of sons as result, these girls must deal with an increased risk of HIV/AIDS, unwanted pregnancies, dangerous childbirth in far from ideal circumstances and frequent marital violence. Other may end up as prostitutes or working as child labour. The loss of these girl potential capacities as valuable resource to Uganda is one of the major reasons for increased ignorance illiteracy and increased poverty level in rural communities. Tclm Uganda considers it necessary to create better awareness of the value of education with in the rural schools and in the communities. Reaching to children, parents/guardians because education is the best path out the grim cycle of poverty so many live in. many young girls are suffering due to early marriage the imposition of a marriage partner upon girl child means a girl childhood is cut short and their fundamental rights such as education are compromised many child wives in Uganda who should be in school or playing are living near slave-like conditions in the home of their in-laws. Bugiri is one of the districts with the highest early and forced marriage prevalence’s rates in the country. Poor families in rural communities they still believe in their traditional beliefs of marrying off young girls with the aim of getting dowries early marriage inevitably denies children of school age their right to education which they need for their personal development.
Cultural/ behavioral
Gender stereotypes and cultural beliefs economically disempower girls in communities and greatly contributes to increasing risky practices. This limited access to and control of any productive resources means that girls have limited decision making on when, how and with whom to have sex hence lacking the capacity to make the right choices to avoid contracting HIV.
School Dropout is a cross cutting issue that affects all gender, therefore we ensure that gender balanced right from the time of selection of community based volunteer (CBV) posttest ensure that the rights, responsibilities and opportunities of individuals should not depend on whether they are born male or female.
MAJOR CAUSES OF SCHOOL DROPOUT AND CHILDREN VULNERABILITY IN BUGIRI DISTRICT INCLUDE:

• Loss of a parent or parents hence loss of a livelihood, care and support.
• Domestic violence which results into broken marriages leaving children abandoned for whoever has mercy to take them up which violates their rights.
• Large families associated with poverty predispose the children to neglect. This is more common in Polygamous families where the head of house due to un avoidable circumstances neglect to provide for the wives and children
• HIV/AIDS patients at one time or another can lead to vulnerability as children are given little attention when the mother or father is sick.
• Gender biases where by some families prefer boys to girls and hence increasing vulnerability to girl children. The most disadvantaged children are those with disabilities.
• Early pregnancies are a cause of vulnerability to the child who has married and the off springs. It is very likely that a mother who is vulnerable will have vulnerable children.
• Lack of scholastic materials leads to high school dropouts especially in primary education. Children who drop out of school are more likely be subjected to labour in brick making rice gardens, and building and construction sites.
• Child labour Domestic workers especially girl children are sometimes sexually abused by male adults in the household, abused emotionally or beaten by female employers. They miss out of school and therefore their opportunities for a bright future are compromised.
• Peer pressure and influence on youth has led OVC to be indiscipline and many have dropped out of school.
• Shortage of medical facilities and drugs in health centres. As noted, there is general inadequate distribution of health facilities in the district and is linked to low health indicators.

Objectives
To increase the school enrolment rates of girls by sensitizing community leaders, elders parents and especially the girl on the value of education
To build relationship through a continuous process of dialogue and education and education enhancing campaigns and workshops to create trust between and among the various stakeholder
To develop a team of community development activist (CDA) for sustainability of this project in the long term.
PROMOTING GENDER EQUALITY
Promotion of gender equality does not mean that women and men will become the same. Equality between women and men has both a quantitative and a qualitative aspect. The quantitative aspect refers to the desire to achieve equitable representation of women – increasing balance and parity, while the quantitative aspect refers to achieving equitable influence on establishing development priorities and outcomes for women and men. Equality involves ensuring that the perceptions, interests, needs and priorities of women and men (which can be very different because of the differing roles and responsibilities of women and men) will be given equal weight in planning and decision-making.
There is a dual rationale for promoting gender equality. Firstly, that equality between women and men – equal rights, opportunities and responsibilities - is a matter of human rights and social justice. And secondly, that greater equality between women and men is also a precondition for (and effective indicator of) sustainable people-centered development. The perceptions, interests, needs and priorities of both women and men need to be taken into consideration not only as a matter of social justice but because they are necessary to enrich development processes.
All this have been made possible with support and willingness of rural community people in our area of operation

TRANSFORM THE CHILDREN'S LIFE MINISTRY – UGANDA MEDICAL FACILITY PLAN
TCLM Uganda Christian ministry registered by the government of Uganda that has committed itself to preach the gospel of Christ through helping orphans and vulnerable children. Children under TCLM Uganda attend school regularly and taught the importance of developing a personal relationship with GOD. Christian worship and education are top priorities at the orphanage, with time allotted for prayer and lesson completion also a great deal is placed on getting homework done. And children are given all the help they need by staff members led by Pastor Tibiwa Kevin oketcho, pastor mande, and pastor oginere Sarah
Partner with TCLM Uganda for the construction of medical facility for the treatment of children who are being supported by TCLM-Uganda. They are currently no medical or dental facility available to the 172 orphans and vulnerable children we take care of. The resident will also benefit from the medical facility. We tclm -Uganda need a medical facility that can cost not less than $200,000 dollars both construction and buying all the equipment for the facility.
A medical facility which will include doctor’s office, with pharmacy, dental office and urgent care clinic. This medical Centre will be located on the same piece of land with TCLM orphanage, church, and education facility for children. However these children desperately need a place to receive a proper medical and dental care. This medical facility will be available to residents of the community so thousands of families will have access to medical and dental care in way that they have not received in the past. The women in this community will be allowed a clean facility to give birth to their children.
Poor families will have a close, convenient, reliable clinic to care for routine and emergency medical needs.
The operating room will be available for the international volunteer to use for medical mission. You soulful support can treat children under our ministry to community members
