Good day,...my husband is a swedish citizen 72 years old and now currently living in philippines. His passport are going to be expire next year march 2017,, how can he renew his passport...do he need to go back to sweden or he can do it here in philippines...how many days of processing..thanks you and hoping for your kindly respond
good day..im from philippines. my application was already granted and i need to have a biometric in thailand, i never been in thailand. if anyone can help me for assistance, i am pregnant and its very hard in my condition, but im still hoping that i can ask for priority for this. and i am hoping i can wait the visa in bangkok. no need to go back in philippines to wait the visa there...its very complicated due to my condition...i will do this alone..hoping for your concern and consideration

A Swedish friend's passport has expired and he can't travel for health reason so he will authorized me to bring his passport for renewal. Is this possible? What is the procedure?
