Very Difficult for booking an appointment for family visit and visa application on line.

My name is Martha, married to a swedish man and i was asked to bring some documents to Danish Embassy in ghana for processing of my resident and working permits. However when i went to the Embassy, they refer me to Swedish Embassy in Nigeria.Please I hereby through this note asking you to give me appropriate guidelines that can help me process these documents and also is it possible to do all these trough Internet?
