Sir, my name is abul kalam.i am Bangladeshi passport holder. I am staying in south Africa with my south African wife.i got temporary residents with business.i had Swaziland visa before and I visited last year. So I need to apply again for 3 month multiple visa and visit Swaziland.

I have read a number of peoples queries and issues, regarding work permits, passports, vias and various documents. I too am a Swazi citizen, so I feel and know what these individuals are going through. Unfortunately I have also overstayed my 30 days in South Africa, due to trying to find a University which I can enrol myself in. At this current moment I am stuck in South Africa and I would desperately love to see myself at home. On another note, my sister, who is also a Swazi citizen, completed her tertiary education this side. After tertiary, she applied with various companies for a job, and by the grace of God, a company saw her as an asset and took her in as an employee. She applied for a work permit and she was granted one. Because her work permit was only for three years, it expired and she applied for one soon after that. After submitting her work permit application, she only got a response well over a year after. Unfortunately her application was regretted. I seriously don't understand how South Africa can not grant her a work permit is she already had one ? It has become more and more difficult for foreign nationals to apply and being granted legal documents in South Africa? Or are our applications being done vain? If so, I believe South Africa should just have a law that states that no foreign nationalities are allowed to work nor stay in South Africa. Most of us still want to stay in South Africa the 'legal way', but it has become more difficult. That's why you now see many illegal nationals flowing into South Africa, because this system is not giving us a chance.
Which brings me to my last point- Can the High Commission of Swaziland in South Africa actually help the citizens of Swaziland, with their various issues. I trust that our concerns are going to be heard and a prompt response will shall get. We trust that this page is not just a front, but and actually site where our issues and concerns are read, and tackled.
