WICTOR S.P.A.,
Dear Sir,
we have paid a manufacturer of adhesives, Messrs Wictor S.P.A., the advance amount of about US$17,000 .00 for booking adhesives to Sudan.
They promised to ship the goods, or if the fail they refund all amount, ( docuemtns are avaialbe confirming this).
Suddenly we came to know that this manufacturer has declared bankruptcy so we
need your advise how to proceed wiith the legal case to refund the advance payment.
