My Brother Mohammed Mustafa Abbas Mokhtar is missing there in Pretoria. he was in a mission from the Government, and he suppose to come back to Khartoum on last sunday, but no respond till now. We do not know till now what is happening there.
some people said he was arrested there.

I want to travel overland from South Africa to Egypt and I want to know if I can obtain a visa from this Embassy. On previous occassions I was not allowed to do so and I had to go to the Sudanese Embassy in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. Please let me know what the situation currently is.
