My girl friend,24 years old Polish national and studies in Vienna
reported that a diplomat, medium built dark man with dark hair and beard working at your embassy had sexually abused her by touching her backside, leg and breast when she was looking for tourist information. The friend was alone at that time and the man had come from behind asking if he can help her and touched her between the legs from behind while pretending to help her. The woman seated at the front office had gone inside and my friend was alone with the man at that moment but he had moved away when she returned. The friend was afraid to complain and had left immediately. We have now learnt that he is the Attaché and know the name. Be warned that sexual abuse is a serious offence according to European law though it may not be a violation in your country where white woman are often harassed. We are reporting the matter to the Police, Polish embassy and ministry of internal affaires and further action against the person will be taken to stop your people from abusing white women,
