hi to get visa to visit to philippines you should have a sponser lets say it your irlfriend going to get you there to philippines she should send a sponser letter to you as we as copy of her passport and id cadr is well.
the person who gona go he should go to philippinese embessy whereevere he is from and apply for his visa no morething that you need to do.thnak
