Service with a smile
I visit Sri Lanka very often and have my fair share of dealing with the consulate staff in Los Angeles. I always felt welcome at the consulate. The staff were very friendly, warm and responsive. The service was great and I always get my visa on time.

I wish that all other consulates would have the same level of service and warmth. A job well done!
