I'm a Sri Lankan and holding Malaysian PR.My Sri Lankan passport was expired last year which was issued in Kuala Lumpur.Now my problem is I'm in East Malaysia. (Sabah Kota Kinabalu)Is it possible only to apply through post, and when I want collect I will appear in person because the air passage will involve lot of money,Please give me a solution for this matter.
