My company in Penang, Malaysia would like to hire Sri Lanka for the position of 3D artist. Can I ask if the candidate is now working in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with other company, can I apply employment visa for him while he is serving notice? Or I have to get the candidate repatriate to his home country and start from the medical check up ahead before the visa making?
