One of my friend from Srilanka needed a document sealed from the Srilankan embassy from Kuala Lumpur in order to leave for his Job in Malaysia. The company that had hired him keeps checking with the embassy every day but the staff who is in charge of this document seems to be completely ignoring their request and keeps delaying it. The staff in charge of this should know that this is related to a job and my friend has been staying home with no salary for two months now. He quit his previous job expecting to start working in his new company within a week.But this particular staff in charge of his document is not taking it seriously and had also been rude over the phone many times. Its affecting my friends family financially as well. This is related to a persons who is entirely depending on his job and salary for his living. Please look into this!
